Enum CookieError

Failure opening a sealed cookie. Every variant means “treat the request as unauthenticated” — callers should never distinguish these to a client.

Variants

Malformed

The value is not valid base64url or is too short to contain a nonce.

BadSeal

Authentication/decryption failed (wrong key or tampered value).

Expired

The sealed payload’s expiry is in the past.
