Pre-split host patterns: exact hosts and *-prefix wildcard suffixes (mirrors APISIX’s create_host_matcher).

Fields§

§exact: Vec<String>

Lowercased exact host names.

§suffixes: Vec<String>

Suffixes from *-prefixed patterns: *.example.com stores .example.com (so the bare apex example.com does NOT match).
