Function buildPortSpecs

buildPortSpecs(plugins: PluginType[]): PortSpecLookup
Builds a PortSpecLookup from the plugin catalog.
Parameters
- plugins: PluginType[]
  Catalog entries from GET /api/plugins (already fetched for the add-node drawer/palette; this does not issue a second request).
Returns PortSpecLookup
